Current Bank Statement showing funds to complete purchase
For refinancing, will require:-
Last six months of loan statements for any property owned showing good repayment history
Last six months of current car loan statements showing good repayment history
Last statement for credit cards, personal loans and lease or CHP showing good repayment history
Current rates notice showing no arrears
